SimControlX

SimControlX is a sophisticated instructor/operator station iPad app that will enhance your flight simulator experience unlike any other app on the market! SimControlX grants users the ability to reposition aircraft instantly, change the wind and weather, fail engine components or instruments and much more, for realistic training without ever needing to get out of the captain’s chair or pausing the simulation. This helps make the experience fun again by alleviating many of the common complaints, distractions, and tasks that require navigating through multiple computer screens. SimControlX also makes training scenarios easier than ever to achieve. With the use of instant aircraft repositioning you could, for instance, set yourself up for an approach 5, 10 or 15 nautical miles from the runway as many times as you need to retry it or practice engine out procedures with the press of a button.

SimControlX Pro

Professionals can upgrade to SimControlX Pro by purchasing an upgraded server license from this website. SimControlX Pro meets all the requirements of an instructor station for use in a FAA AATD or BATD level flight simulator and brings several additions to SimControlX’s already robust feature set including a license for commercial use; meaning any use of SimControlX outside of your own personal use in your own personal home. This license is also required for generating revenue, either directly or indirectly, using SimControlX such as in flight schools or use by freelance ground or flight instructors.
