Digital products purchased directly from simcontrolx.com may be eligible for a refund if requested within 10 working days of purchase. To request a refund, you will be required to supply the order number / original invoice and a detailed reason for requesting the refund to orders(at)simcontrolx.com. We will evaluate eligibility for a refund on a case-by-case basis by working with you.
When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
